On or about November 1, 2008, National Bank Securities Inc.(NBSI) will assume responsibility for the management and distribution of Altamira Funds as well as all Altamira investment solutions and products.

Accounts at Altamira will become accounts at National Bank Securities Inc. This change, which stems from an administrative reorganization, will not impact the holdings in your Altamira account. You will not need to do anything to effect this change. The documentation governing your new account is available below.
