Name Changes effective June 2, 2008

June 2, 2008 - Please note the following name changes effective June 2, 2008. These changes were made to more accurately reflect the investment objectives and underlying holdings of the following Fund and Portfolio:

• Altamira Bond Fund has been renamed Altamira Long Term Bond Fund
• Altamira Maximum Growth Portfolio has been renamed Altamira Equity Portfolio
